Top Dog Disposal provides pet waste cleanup, yard deodorizing, valet trash can service, and pet waste station installation and maintenance in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties. All services are performed according to the details outlined at the time of scheduling.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Scheduling & Payments

By scheduling service through our website or Sweep & Go integration, you agree to provide accurate information and pay all associated fees. Pricing may vary based on yard size, number of pets, frequency of service, and other conditions.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges, rescheduling, or cancellation of service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

  • Provide access to the property on the scheduled service day

  • Secure pets when necessary

  • Maintain a reasonably safe environment for our staff

  • Notify us of any changes that could affect service (gates, locks, construction, weather issues, aggressive animals, etc.)

If access is blocked or unsafe, Top Dog Disposal may need to reschedule or charge a missed service fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services in accordance with our policies outlined during booking. Repeated cancellations, blocked access, or failure to communicate may result in termination of service.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Conditions

Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies may result in service delays or rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of changes as soon as possible.

6. Property Damage & Liability

We take great care when performing our services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage caused by unsafe conditions

  • Issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer

If accidental damage occurs during service, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation.
